Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern all sales made by NUMEROGEEK (hereinafter "the Provider") through the website voyageadventure.com to any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer"). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those in force at the date the order is placed.

These Terms define the conditions under which the Provider supplies the Customer with a personalised travel planning service. This service consists of creating a bespoke travel guide, delivered as a PDF document sent by email (hereinafter "the Guide").

The Guide includes a detailed itinerary, accommodation, activity and restaurant recommendations, as well as practical advice tailored to the preferences provided by the Customer when placing the order.

The Provider is not a travel agency within the meaning of Article L.211-1 of the French Tourism Code. It does not sell any transport, accommodation or package holiday services. The Guide is exclusively a planning and advisory service.

The price of the service is €49.00 (all taxes included) per order, regardless of the number of travellers (1 to 6 persons) and regardless of the chosen destination.

This price is fixed and final at the time the order is confirmed. VAT is collected and remitted by LemonSqueezy, acting as Merchant of Record (reseller). The Customer receives an invoice from LemonSqueezy.

The Provider reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Any price change applies only to orders placed after the date of modification.

The order process is carried out in several steps through the online form available on the website:

1. Enter the Customer's email address.
2. Specify the desired destination and expectations.
3. Provide traveller information (trip type, number, first names, dates of birth).
4. Specify trip details (dates, duration, budgets, departure airports, special requirements).
5. Review the order summary.
6. Enter billing information and proceed to the secure payment platform.

The order is deemed final upon full payment of the price. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the email address provided.

The Provider reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the case of manifestly abusive, unfeasible or unlawful requests. In the event of a refusal, the Customer will receive a full refund.

Payment is made online at the time of order by credit or debit card via the secure payment platform LemonSqueezy.

LemonSqueezy acts as Merchant of Record. As such, LemonSqueezy collects the payment, handles invoicing and ensures tax compliance (VAT). The Customer's banking details are processed exclusively by LemonSqueezy and are never transmitted to or stored by the Provider.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. No order will be processed until payment has been received.

The personalised Guide is delivered by email as a PDF document to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

The delivery period is 24 business hours from payment confirmation. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Paris time), excluding French public holidays.

In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer is invited to contact the Provider at contact@voyageadventure.com. If the Guide is not delivered within a reasonable time after follow-up, the Customer may request a full refund.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided. The Provider cannot be held liable for delivery failure due to an incorrect email address or a reception issue (spam filters, full inbox, etc.).

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumer Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

Exception: In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.

Accordingly, if the personalised Guide has already been prepared and delivered to the Customer before the withdrawal period expires, and the Customer has expressly consented to early performance when placing the order, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

If the Guide has not yet been delivered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an email to contact@voyageadventure.com with the subject line "Withdrawal" and details identifying the order. A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the request.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, if the delivered Guide does not match the information provided when placing the order (wrong destination, incorrect number of travellers, dates not respected), the Customer may report the issue to contact@voyageadventure.com within 7 days of delivery.

The Provider then undertakes, at the Customer's choice, either to provide a corrected Guide within a further 24 business hours, or to issue a full refund.

The Guide is a planning tool and does not substitute for the Customer's own decisions. Recommendations contained in the Guide (accommodation, restaurants, activities, itineraries) are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of availability or a contractual commitment by the third-party providers mentioned.

The Provider cannot be held liable for price changes, temporary or permanent closures, changes in access conditions or any other circumstance affecting the recommended establishments and activities.

The Provider's liability is limited to the order amount (€49.00). Under no circumstances shall the Provider be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of enjoyment) arising from the use of the Guide.

The Provider is not liable in cases of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, nor for technical failures attributable to third parties (hosting provider, payment processor, internet service provider).

The Guide delivered to the Customer is intended for strictly personal use. The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, resell or make it available to third parties, in whole or in part, whether free of charge or for payment.

All elements of the voyageadventure.com website (texts, images, structure, source code) remain the property of NUMEROGEEK, as detailed in the legal notices.

The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the policy described in the legal notices of the website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected during the order is used exclusively for the preparation and delivery of the personalised Guide. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

These Terms are governed by French law. The language of the contract is French.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Provider at contact@voyageadventure.com to seek an amicable resolution.

If no amicable resolution is reached, consumer Customers may use the consumer mediation service free of charge:

The Customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Should mediation fail, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Provider's registered office (Lille, France) shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code regarding court jurisdiction.
