Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written consent of NUMEROGEEK, is prohibited and constitutes infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

All trademarks, logos and domain names displayed on the website are the property of NUMEROGEEK. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

Personal Data (GDPR)

NUMEROGEEK, as data controller, collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of its services, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.

Data collected and purposes:

When placing an order, the following data is collected: email address, first and last name, postal address (billing), desired destination, travel dates, number and details of travellers (first names, dates of birth), budgets, preferences and travel requirements. This data is necessary for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), namely the preparation and delivery of your personalised travel guide.

Data recipients:

Your data is processed solely by NUMEROGEEK and its technical subcontractors: LemonSqueezy (payment processing, acting as Merchant of Record), Upstash (temporary storage, maximum 24 hours), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data retention:

Order data is retained for as long as necessary to perform the service, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax requirements, i.e. 10 years for accounting records). Data temporarily stored in Upstash is automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Your rights:

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object to processing. To exercise these rights, please send your request to contact@voyageadventure.com, together with a copy of a valid form of identification. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

International data transfers:

Some of our subcontractors (Vercel, LemonSqueezy, Upstash, Resend) are based in the United States. These transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in accordance with Articles 46 and 49 of the GDPR.

Cookies

The voyageadventure.com website uses third-party audience measurement and advertising services. They may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) loads Google Analytics 4 for traffic statistics and Google Ads for ad campaign measurement.
Pinterest Tag (Pinterest Europe Ltd) measures conversions from our Pinterest ad campaigns.
